I use the Andergrove branch and it was a lifesaver. I had a huge mattress protector to wash, and they have a mega washer that handled it perfectly. I was finally able to get it properly cleaned. The customer service was excellent. I pressed the wrong option and called for help, and they answered quickly and guided me straight away.😅 On top of that, the place has air conditioning, comfortable seating while you wait, and it’s spotless clean. Coming here is like a mother’s day’s gift! We live 2.5 hours away from Mackay and 3 times now, we’ve been bringing our laundry with us and doing it here. It just makes a mum’s life a breeze! (pun intended 😉) 2 weeks worth of dirty clothes get cleaned and DRIED in less than an hour (22 minutes wash, 24 minutes dry for a heavy load) and it’s reasonably priced (let’s be honest, a busy mum would pay the price just to get the laundry done in an hour instead of a whole day, right?). Highly recommended - very efficient machines, vending machine to buy your laundry soap/laundry wash bag/snacks & drinks - everything that would make laundry an easy task. Open till 11pm.
