Where are you located?

Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of free parking at our laundromat. If you are unable to find a park at the front entrance, continue along Central Drive and you will find lots more parks at the rear of the building.
What are your opening hours?
5am – 11pm
365 days a year.
Do you have a vending machine?
Yes, we sell chips, chocolate, cold drinks and washing detergent. However if that’s not what you’re craving there are lots of other food retailers in our complex.
Are prices the same for hot/cold water
No. We give you the option of hot and cold and the prices are adjusted for hot water.

Can I pay with card?
Yes! Our kiosk is set to accept Visa/Mastercard debit card and Applepay/GooglePay.
You can pay for multiple machines via our kiosk or use the QR Code on the outside of each machine.
N.B. Townsville is CARD/ELECTRONIC PAYMENT ONLY

Do your machines take coins
Only in Andergrove, Mackay.
Please make sure you arrive with correct change as we do not have a change machine on-site.
Do you have a change machine
No. We do not have a change machine on-site but we do have cashless options available.
Although if you buy something from the vending machine with cash it will give you change.
Can I wash my doona or big items
Definitely. Our big front loader machines are perfect for huge items, the mega washers take up to 27kg. This is the place to wash your doonas!
Can I add detergent pods
Sure can! Just add them in with your clothes prior to starting the machine
Is laundry detergent available in-store
Sure is! We have partnered with a reputable brand of eco friendly low allergenic laundry detergent that you can buy via our vending machine.
Can I add fabric softener
Absolutely, just add softener in the fabric softener compartment on the top of each machine
